We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging.

We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear.

Earrings or other pierced jewelry.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

5. Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
